Cancellation Policy

• Before 48 hours: Full refund (minus processing fee)
• 24-48 hours: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund (puja samagri already arranged)

Refund Process

• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
• Amount credited to original payment method
• Processing fee of 5% applicable on all refunds

Rescheduling

Puja can be rescheduled once at no extra cost with 48 hours notice.
